He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Dr. Clarke is awesome! When it comes to your health, she's like a dog with a bone; she researches every question if she doesn't know the answer right away, such as who is the best XYZ specialist to consult about XYZ weird problem. She is amazingly thorough but never makes me feel shy or uncomfortable. (She knows I don't like going to doctors, but she's gotten me to follow through on recommended tests and specialist visits.) If you want a very attentive doctor who makes you feel valued , Dr. Clarke is the one for you. She tends toward a holistic approach that includes nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being as well as the use of "regular" medicine/medications.

Dr. Clarke and her staff are unbelievably responsive and courteous. I'm afraid or skeptical of doctors in general but feel EXTREMELY comfortable with Dr. Clarke. She's extremely thorough, non-judgmental, and hugely generous with her time. I've actually called friends and relatives to tell them they should consider going to her the next time they need medical care! She also managed to persuade me to go to several specialists to catch up on long-neglected medical oversight. People who are afraid to go to doctors, shy, whatever -- you'll just have to trust me on this.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
