One of the Staff(Becky) was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. She was not learning what patient is saying. She is teasing about the language slang, Very rude. I never had this type of bad experience in my life. I will never go again. They do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were so impolite to me during my appointment. They were extremely discourteous and bad-mannered.
