Dr Ward , Dr. Brownstein and Knox are all great doctors but the NURSE Urbinati, IS MEAN, has no bedside manner , does not know how to interact with the children or the parents. My daughter was sick with a nasty phlegmy cough for 8 days. When I brought her in she had the nerve to ask me if I knew this wasn't a life or death emergency. On a separate occasion, she asked me if I had been to another doctor that my daughter had to see. When I told her yes, she later made a statement saying "You supposedly went to blank blank" On a THIRD occasion, when she failed to refill my daughters medicine after calling 3 times, she said she was calling the pharmacy because she doubted that I had even given my daughter the medication!!! Then today after complaining about her and letting the front desk know that I did not want to deal with her anymore and that I would only like to see the doctors, I got a letter stating that they were throwing ME out of the doctors office because of a breakdown between me and her. I've been with them 21 years and this is how they treat those that come into their office. I will be consulting a lawyer over this but I advise anyone to stay out of there with her around. She is just a nasty nasty woman.
