Very Disappointed! I'll be changing pediatrician offices after today.

I called the office to ask a nurse a question about my sick child. First, the person that answered was not a nurse but insisted that I pass my question by her first. It was obvious she didn't want to "bother" a nurse with questions. Ultimately I did end up talking to a nurse who then did not show any sympathy or concern for my situation. I am someone who never calls the office for any reason, so when I do, I expect at least some level of concern and a thorough analysis of the situation. Instead my concerns were trivialized. This is an office to me that has too many patients and it is starting to show with the level of care we are receiving.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. We will go there forever!

Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart.

Unionville Pediatrics have been my childrens' doctor for 15 years. We had a bad experience with another Pedi in the area and went to them on a recommendation. This practice is wonderful! Always can get my kids in for appointments. The office staff is friendly and detail oriented. The docs are also detail oriented and focused on addressing our concerns. They are also quick to get back in "on call" after hours calls. They are flexible and accomodating to all of their patient's needs. My kids love them. Too bad they'll have to switch to our GP soon as they are getting beyond Pedi age range. They truly are the best in the area!
