I know I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I don't worry about them overbooking appointments. They always manage to squeeze you in when your child is sick, and that is something you can't plan ahead. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They cancel on me all the time.

No, but they said they were going to!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
