I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
