I would not recommend Dr. Potter to anyone. While superficially charming to some people, he was pompous, unprofessional and downright cruel with me. The entire experience was unbelievable considering he is a porfessional witha serious job being paid quite a large fee to help people. I would guess that his ideal patient would be wealthy and female. I would advise peopple to steer clear and learn from the experiences of former patients.

Avoid this opthamologist. He should not be dealing with patients at all. He is pompous and unprofessional. I could not get out of his office quickly enough.

The rudest, most arrogant and angry physician I have ever seen. He should be avoided at all costs. His personality changes depending on the situation. He gave me a cursory exam and was so rude I nearly walked out of the office.

Dr. Potter was one of the rudest physicians I have ever been to. He was arrogant and condescending and provided sub par care. I have never been subjected to such insulting "care" in my life and would not recommend him.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
