A very pleasant doctor. I had never had an inner ear problem before and had seen two other ENT doctors previously- with no prognosis or information on my problem given. Dr. Sawyer listened and really helped me understand what I'm going through. His examination instruments were a lot more pleasant and gentle than what I experienced elsewhere. Really a great experience.
