Dr. Schoem is the best. He made sure every single question I had was answered. The staff is very friendly and professional in both the Glastonbury and Farmington offices. I was so impressed with the progress my child made after visiting them. My child now hears well. Her speech has now surpassed normal limits for her age group. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about her future. It was pretty hard to find the Glastonbury building with GPS because I think its a new building, but I eventually found it. Farmington's office is so much more easier to find, but my child prefers theGlastonbury office.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
