The receptionist was able to answer simple questions over the phone and called back immediately when she had to confirm some info with the Dr. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was available parking at their office. I was concerned about taking a specific med so they worked with me to find an alternate. The first visit however I waited and hour after my scheduled appt to be seen- a fact I wasn't thrilled about especially since the actual Dr consult only took 5 minutes!! Not sure if I will go back to them or not. I'm thinking about getting a second opinion as there was just something about this office/Dr bedside manner that didn't sit right with me.

Dr. Roberts is an excellent physician. Lately, however, it is becoming more difficult to schedule appointments with him. My most recent appointment has been postponed by his office three times. I assume he is cutting back on his office hours (possibly in preparation for retirement?). I am planning to seek recommendations for another ENT because when I need to see him, I need to see him. I cannot keep getting rescheduled.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
