Had been seeing Dr. Mickley for about 2 years and was shocked and disappointed to discover how unprofessional and cold she turned out to be. I strongly urge anyone to seek treatment elsewhere.

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
