I got there for my appointment exactly on time. Yet had to wait an hour to see the dr. When I asked why I got a shrug and that's the way we do it for an answer. I asked why no one could call me if the dr. was running late or inform me when I walked through the door so I could then determine if I wanted to come back later or wait but again - just a shrug. I asked to speak to an Office Manager but was put off saying she'd be right out - she never came out. The dr. was kind and professional - I've been here before. However, the office staff is second rate and it's poorly run. There were so many people waiting there was standing room only and the place was boiling hot. Frustrating experience. I do plan on calling tomorrow and speaking a Office Manager and asking how they plan on compensating me for waiting - assuming they change when people are a no show or late - why can't I?

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and had a hard time and they were very helpful
though her procedure and afterwards. All doctors and staff working here are the best!

Biggest problem was billing. 6 months ago, I had a procedure & paid the full cost--nearly $2000. Later my insurance paid 50%. When I called about my refund, they said they'd send it in "a couple of weeks." Not fast enough for me. This month, my husband had the EXACT same procedure & paid the identical full amount that I had. But our insurance has now paid his 50%. So: Since we have identical insurance (he's the policyholder, I'm his dependent), WHY did they also charge him the full rate when they knew our insurance would pay 50% on his procedure after my earlier visit?
