I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr. Schmidt. I had been referred by an ENT because of infection beneath my bottom left molars. Dr. Schmidt said he saw some white on the inside of my mouth (which was probably the oral anesthetic I keep using to have the pain subside.) He then referred me to a TMJ dentist. He didn't poke around or ask any questions. Some day, I may go back there because the ENT recommended them highly but if they suggest Dr. Schmidt, I would decline in a heart beat. The following day, I had to spend considerable time connecting with my primary care provider so that I could get more penicillin to keep the infection down. Schmidt is not the first dentist in this journey that just took xrays and said there is nothing wrong. Fortunately, my primary care doctor could see it and the ENT was very helpful but this pain is ridiculous. I have now, had my teeth xrayed six times and only two doctors- not dentists- have been of help.

Never visited this office before until i wanted to have my three wisdom teeth removed. I chose this office for no other reason than that it was close and had good reviews. The staff was pleasant and quick, and Dr. Kaiser was the same. For my surgery, once I was called back, I was under anesthesia within minutes. The surgery lasted only an hour, and was able to leave in under 10 minutes. Pain was very minimal, and recovery time was probably as fast as it could be. I did get an EOB from my insurance that said that the clinic didn't bill for all the services they charged me for the day of the surgery, but I didn't even have time to call the office about it before I received a refund check in the mail for those un-billed services. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaiser and his staff, at least for extraction.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous but everyone was so nice! They all made me feel comfortable and anyone I asked for helped addressed my issue immediately. I didn't feel groggy from the anesthesia and the post op care was great. I am grateful to have had such wonderful customer service and greats Doctors to help me through what could have been a very painful experiece.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their back staff is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff could use some work on their professional attitudes. I felt uneasy about my mothers surgery but the back staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All my questions were answered by the back staff. There is an assistant there by the name of Sarah, she was extremely nice, and so helpful with my mother. She went over all of her post operative directions very well and my mother kept telling me how sweet she was the whole procedure. Thank you to Dr. Schmidt and his back staff for making my mothers experience a wonderful one!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There is a wait some times even though you are on time but that's ok the Dr's and staff are great and I am very pleased I took my wife there to get her four wisdom teeth out. I will return there for all our family oral surgery needs. Another note on it being crowded, it's busy and full of people some times, i.e., standing room but that's for a reason they are great at what they do. Dr. Schmidt is awesome along with everone else there.
