It's amazing how much a rude/lying person can make a business lose money. I will make this short and sweet for those of you looking for professionalism and courtesy. I had my first appointment at this office at 2pm. I showed up in front of the ladies at the front desk and signed in. There was no hi, how are you, nothing, they just kept talking about their personal lives. The receptionist was rude and lied to me about a recent scheduling conversation with my wife. She informed me that my wife had said something she did not. I quietly sat down and started to look at the paperwork as I asked my wife what had happened (the total opposite of what the rude receptionist said). At that time another worker came out while I was on the phone, interrupted me and said she needed my insurance card. I then walked to the counter crossed out my name and left. I never met the doctor to see if he was nice/good. I did not want to base my opinion on his staff but in this case it was hard not to. Look around before coming to this practice.
