I recently called for an appointment to see Dr. Jackovic. She was unavailable, but they ask if I would like to see a Nurse practitioner, of course I said yes. I was given an appointment of 3:45. Due to an accident on rt 4, I was 5 minutes late. When I arrive the front desk greeted me, took all my information and charged for the visit. AT 3:30 the called to the front desk and said that the nurse practitioner could not see me because I was 5 minutes late. It didn't matter that I was sitting waiting or 35 minutes.
I ask to see someone else - no one was available. I said I'm sick and you are turning me away. They said there was nothing they could do. I have been a patient of Dr Jackovic for almost 13 years and this is the way they treat me. I will not be going back.

I had to change Drs. due to insurance and I selected Dr Jackovic and I think she is great. I had been going to my last doctor for about 20 yrs and even if I had a chance to go back to him I would not go.
