Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their chairs were comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure but Dr Larsen tends to use too much novacane. Please listen to each patient. I had a number of billing problems where I was told one figure then billed for substantially more. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. There is definitely lots of room for improvement.

i've been going to dr. larsen for years! the staff is great- they do a really good job. they're all very nice. i highly recommend them!
