I was very pleased with my visit. I was there for a cleaning, but had to have a filling replaced that had fallen out the week before. They were able to take care of it all in the same visit.

The staff was very nice and friendly. However the lack of skill from Dr Denka will keep me from coming back to this location ever again. She was extreamly rough when she did my fillings, a few weeks later and all the fillings she had done are all painful and I will need to get them redone. She also seated a crown for me, which was a whole nightmare, but she made it seem like I was an inconvienience for her each time she had to adjust my bite. When I brought up how unhappy I was with her service they didn't offer to do anything to fix the problem. Like I said, the staff was friendly but what I really care about is how good the dentist actually doing my work is. Very upsetting.

This review is about the Southwest Orthodontics in Peoria. My daughter has had some good and bad experiences because she has been treated by three othodontists in less than 18 months. The first two lady orthodontists were very nice, gentle and caring, but the new gentleman...OMG. He really loves himself, pitty he doesn't love the patients as well. I am now looking for an orthodontist that will stay the course so that my daughter has continuity of treatment.
