They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
