The dentist pulls out a book with pictures or shows me the xrays or uses a tooth model when answering my questions, which helps me understand very well. She is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, and if I need to speak with her after hours, she encourages me to select the office phone system option that rings her cell phone directly. Linda Zimmerman's staff is welcoming, and the most competent dental staff I've ever dealt with. They are professional, and make sure I am comfortable with the procedure, and let me know what is happening now or will happen next. The whole experience is as good as a dental visit can be. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful with billing and budgeting, and I left feeling well served.
