Worst dentist. Worst boss. 2 years later I still don't have my last pay check. This cat is a clown and a joke.

Originally went to this dental cosmetic center in 2014. Had clear aligners called clear correct. Treatment was successful. Only thing the assistant said after wearing my retainers after so many months I did not have to wear them everyday then to go to nights only. Then after a year never had to wear my retainer agin...
So I noticed my teeth were shifting and went back to the office now called Moon Cosmetic Dentistry. Lesson learned he said retainers=retain for life.
Scheduled visit and paid up front for clear aligners called MTM in beginning July of 2016! They took my impression, x rays, cleaning everything under the sun. I started calling in September 2016 for follow up on my treatment plan and when I would get started. Their response was my braces were on back order... Fine. Called 2 to three time every month.. Waited for any news. Called in November, hi who is this again? Hmmmmm did we take your impressions? Yes. x-rays? Yes. Ma'am you even took a picture of my face and all angles of my teeth with your camera.. Oh okay yeah let me check with the Doctor... Ok so your braces are in back order. Ok I express my concerns and that my teeth are shifting and don't know if the impression that was taken is good enough. December 2016 schedule my cleaning and this time Doctor administers my cleaning and also brings up the fact that my aligners are still on back order because he couldn't get some tooth in the right position. Okay fine. Fast forward I've called, preached, cried why I paid thousand of dollars for a treatment plan and nothing. Not even the courage to say I apologize I can not help you and even give me my money back. Fast forward to February 2017. Doctor returns my call he is merging with another dentist and my treatment is on hold till after the move/change. (What!?!;$:&:!) okay politely asked to please keep me updated and since I had already waited this long just keep me in the loop. March 2017 after hours is only taking calls and office is closed notices had supposedly gone out to all clients of move from Houston tx to Baytown tx. I informed them I had not gotten any notice and have been patient and received no services for payment on my treatment plan. I asked for any info of his new location and a contact number... Nothing!! They said they had no information and that he should let his patients know whenever the time came. After that I called 2-3 times a month left messages to return my call, they the answering service supposedly sent to him through email or whatever. Still no return. Now mid August called and phone is disconnected!!! I'm livid, saddened. That someone who not only stole my money but also had all of my confidential/personal info is literally a ghost! Just Horrible. I read many reviews where employees aren't getting paid and clients who never received or completed treatment for service they've paid for. All I want is my money back and justice. he deserves nothing.
