Stay far away from Pride Dental. This dental office only caused headaches for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend needed to have a tooth removed and fake tooth implanted. He checked his dental insurance to make sure how much of the procedure was covered, so he knew what to expect as his final bill. He went to his appointment and Dr. Wilson began the procedure. Half way through drilling in his mouth, the receptionist, Frances, barged into the office saying she was wrong and his insurance wouldn’t cover it. Dr. Wilson started to pack up his tools right in the middle of the procedure! I knew the receptionist, Frances, was wrong and my boyfriend’s insurance did cover ($1,200 of the $1,800) procedure because we just called them to verify! The receptionist said if he paid for the procedure in full ($1,800), she would reimburse him the amount his insurance company pays ($1,200) later. Since he was in the middle of having his tooth drilled and pulled out we handed over the credit card. Next month, his insurance paid their portion ($1,200) yet the receptionist refused to reimburse him back! This is insurance fraud!! Dr. Wilson purposely overcharged his client and kept the money from the insurance company. The receptionist, Frances, would tell my boyfriend she would contact Dr. Wilson and then call him back. Every week he would call her for an update and she “forgot” to ask Dr. Wilson. Dr. Wilson was “not in the office” when my boyfriend demanded to speak to him. Many promises to “call you right back” and never did. Finally, my boyfriend contacted his insurance provider and opened up a fraud investigation on Dr. Wilson. His insurance company sent out a letter to Dr. Wilson explaining the breakdown of what they paid and what my boyfriend was owed back. Dr. Wilson still refused to pay him! His insurance provider suggested to take this to small claims court since they could not take legal action to force Dr. Wilson to repay him. Only after filling out the small claims paperwork and showing up at Dr. Wilson’s office did Dr. Wilson finally agree to repay his portion of the overpayment! This whole process lasted 6 months and we paid interest on our credit for it!! Dr. Wilson is just unethical. Everyone reading this- do yourself a favor and find another dentist!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Dr. Wilson is excellent, answered all my questions, did a great job on my teeth, and I would give him a five star review.
Sadly, his receptionist hurts his business. She was blatantly dismissive of my concerns regarding some of my charges, she does not seem to understand the office's medical billing procedures, and she cannot or will not explain some charges to my account. I am currently having to resolve an overcharge in excess of $100. I strongly recommend that anyone going to this office watch their billing very carefully, and double check every charge with their insurance company.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a great job. All my concerns were addressed, as they have been every time I have gone. Besides cleanings, I have had some fillings replaced that definitely needed to be replaced. Restrooms are nice and the office staff are very friendly and do an expert job, as does Dr. Wilson.
