I had BPPV. Dr Fitzgerald repaired 'holes' in my inner ear (2006) and relieved me from 8 years of not being able to look up! It's been over 10 years, and not a single issue! Wonderful man, as well. :-)

Dr.Fitzgerald is an outstanding doctor who is friendly and professional at all times. His office staff is equally competent. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having ear problems.

He is a fantastic doctor. Very serious and sometimes too much. But he is very professional and nice. I am being treated for vertiginous migraine and since we sterted treatment, I had no one episode of dizziness anymore. I recommend him.

Dr Fitzgerald did not perform any tests or thorough examination and gave me his diagnosis based only on "his extensive 25 years experience". He did not ask me any questions to explore my symptoms. He was rushed and impatient and did not want to spend any time to explain to me more about condition.
A very superficial and disappointing experience by someone who is supposed to be an expert.
I was subsequently saw another expert who performed tests and came to a different diagnosis

Dr. Fitzgerald performed major surgery on my right ear correcting a problem with my middle ear that I had had since childhood. Multiple ear infections had left me with 30% hearing loss and a mastoid bowl that was filled with debris. I have not had a serious ear infection since the operation he performed in 1993. Dr. Fitzgerald had a good relationship with all of his staff members. They always returned my phone calls quickly. Dr. Fitzgerald is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care.

The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
