This physicians group is nothing more than a mill for older people. I have a irreparable damaged to my left eye caused by Dr. Wilcox. This man should not be operating on people eyes. My eye will never be right, ever, and they will take no responsiblity, they refer you to their office manager and refuse to see you again

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
