Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. The staff is confused and they only care about money and nothing else. They can't get simple things like hours of operation and locations correct. This practice is the worst

This office is very unorganized. The finance group which is part of Brite now dental is horrendous. I have been a patient for the past 5 years and every year the office updates your information. Apparently, the finance department isn't aware of the updates because they mailed a refund check of $495 to my old address of 5 years ago. They double charged my credit card and in return I'm supposed to wait 3 weeks to receive a refund check that was mailed to the wrong address. How can a company mail a refund check without confirming the patients address? I haven't lived at that address for 5 years!! I wouldn't recommend My worst enemy to this practice.

The Dentist and staff where very nice and respectful of my needs for my treatment of my teeth. I will recommend this office to my friends and family.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They left me in the middle of the hallway having to call out the Orthodontist in order to get his attention to have my problem taken care off. Now that my family and I determined it is our best interest to change dentist, they want an additional $75 for the transfer of our medical records. Not to mentioned, a credit balance that was in my husbands account NOW is not to be found. Run...Run as fast as you can before you get trap in their quarterly income goals and end up with no teeth.
