I have a discounted dental program HMO. My husband had root canal and crown 6-4-14. They up sold this almost twice my co-pay and when questioned Festival Dental about this later Festival said options were given and he chose tthe upgraded. My husband said only the treatment plan discussed by Festival and this is the price and payment plant and end of story. I would never go back to this dental group for any type of dental work.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

verry young dentists they were freindly but i wont trust them because they started to push work that i didnt need,they didnt do my insurence claim properly i still get bills from them that i paid showing past due!!! they have trained staff up front that try to up sell you on things ! i cought them lying already about my deductible and covering their lye by using a newspaper coupon! fishy fishy fishy place dont go there dont take your kids there,they even seem to over charge compared to other dentists. i went there because i believe in the community where i live which is surprise and i believe in supporting our community businesses,but unfortunately i wont send anyone to the festival dental group and i will make sure i tell every single person i see about the fishy billing they do!
