I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
