Always a two hour wait. When you finally get to see him for 3 min. You don't get the feeling he cares, just wants to get to the next patient. He is also rude and flippant." Well,your just going to have to blah blah blah." Doesn't really adress your concerns, hands you an RX on the way out. The weird part is that he has a 95 percent male staff. Waiting room is outdated and dirty. Last time I went the temp was uncomfortable warm. I usually dread going .

I've been seeing Dr Ortolani since Sept for agonizing back pain from crushed disks, scoliosis and stenosis with two displace vertebra.
He tells me to do hyper extensions, thats it. As if he's discovered a miricle cure for rediculopathy. He does not care about the well being of his patients. If you try to get someone on the voice mail calls are never returned and it's nearly impossible to get a person to talk with.
Their records are seriously in error having incorrect medication information on them as well as incorrect appt information.
I just want to get out of pain and go back to work and he tells me 'do the stretch I gave you', he's talking about the back bend! As if that's going to heal all this.
I can't walk I'm in constant agony from the spinal pain from a failed back surgery and he tells me bend backwards it will all go away.
I think he needs a psychiatrist

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
doctor ortolani is one i wished i never went to,thanks to him and his 4minutes patient time and not listening to my pain ans saying do as i tell you,i found another doctor who found my brain tumor and neck tumor both advanced that surgery nor chemo will help,...dr.ortolani seen the 1st mri laughed saying we knew you had a hole in your head,and thats it,they make a copy of your script that when he does see you he gives a copy to you not a new one that you have to explain to your pharmacy that its not a fake they call to confirm i wouldnt even tell my own worst enemy to see this pathetic non caring doctor
