Hi st james, its tommy. I was wondering about this blood test that you are forcing my mom and I to do, is not going to happen. Why? because we don't want it done. I do not want them to put anything inside of me. I want my blood to stay where it should be. They want my blood, they are going to try to force it from me. And I won't let that happen. I do not trust them or how they are doing their job.

I am truly saddend by the fact that such a dedicated doctor would allow dedicated patients who are very loyal to allow office management to come in and dictate and office management could care less about the patient.Now it comes down to money.if you have insurance you are ok but if you are self pay it becomes way beyond your means and that is sad that when your already down, you get kicked even more dedication no longer means nothing ..

Communication between Doctor/nurse and patient is poor - Office does not call back with test results - very hard to get in touch with anyone - very discouraging. Its obvious that the system for feedback to the patient does not work and they do not seem to care.
