I have seen Dr.Hathrone and he is an excellent Dr. he knows what he is doing. And the staff and nurses are awesome!!

Don't waste your time and money to go see this doctor. And most of good reviews is done by doctors staff. He doesn't care about you or your pain he is for wrong reasons in business. Staff is horrible rude and don't care how you feel. Just before you go to this doctor do your homework.

When I arrived they had fully qualified staff members This place had a great staff, but I'll definitely not be going back after my interaction with Dr. Hawthorne. Although they always return my phone calls quickly, Dr Hawthorne was quick to use an injection treatment without considering the extent of the injury.Had he gone with his initial, knee jerk response, he could have compromised the integrity of the injury which was actually torn. Immediately he wanted to schedule with a surgeon for operation, without considering a less evasive alternative. He definitely could have been more polite and made me feel like he was listening to my concerns. In addition, an explaination of his reasoning for treatment choices and addressing my concerns with an answer other than "not possible" would have altered my opinion. I got a second opinion, did physical therapy (as a recommended first treatment) and was able to recover without surgery. I will not return or recommend his office.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
