They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They overcharged me for a partial deep cleaning, I also just found out that they charged me $150.00 for irrigation which is not covered by insurance nor is it necessary, they also did not give me the option of having it, they just charged me. The dentist also said I needed 2 root canals and thought I had a cavity but wasnt sure. He just wants to do work and charge you for it whether it is really needed or not. I will NEVER go back to this dentist again.
