Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares. They strive to maintain a professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain nor stress during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
