The Dr. was excellent! I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming. She listened closely to everything I was telling her, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about her forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off.

Dr. Pathak is warm and supportive when you first meet her and she remembers you from appointment to appointment. I was a bit leery on my first visit because the waiting room is crowded and slightly shabby-but this shows she puts her budget towards staffing and education-not a fancy office. I think this is one of the best mental health professionals I've worked with.
