They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming. The office is too warm
