It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
