The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
