No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They do call to remind me the day before. You generally go back close to your appointment time however, I've had to wait for the doctor for up to a half hour or more on most occasions.
