The dentist is great, but the office manager is one of the rudest people I've encountered in a business. I've been going to this dentist since I was a child, but I had to find a new dentist because the office manager. I am a reasonable, nice person and I rarely have problems of this kind, and this woman's attitude is beyond ridiculous. I even asked to speak with a supervisor, and she would not allow me to, stating that she was the person hired to handle situations like me. My parents have been seeing the same dentist and have said the same thing concerning her. I have no way to let the dentist know that this woman is going to ruin his business right under his nose, and it's unfortunate because he is truly an excellent dentist. Good luck trying to get past Sphinx if you decide to try this place.
