Dr. Anez has been great with my medical problems over the last 5 years. He is attentive and has a warm personality. I had a problem a few years ago with a persistent and unusual stomach virus and he gave me a great regimen that cured it.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Anez.

I waited over a hour in the waiting room. I assistant could not take my blood, so I had to go to another office. Bathrooms were dirty. I don't plan on never stepping into the office again..

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

they have charged me many times extra when insurance already paid them they still charged me and after I found out they issue refund, also they make too many appoitments alwayssss in same time so doctor only spend A SEC with you when you go see him, he barely sits down and listen to reasons why you came to visit him . rush you out however still charges you full price, prescribes wrong medications or fill the form wrong for blood test,,,all because rushing to see more people customers and make more money i guess not care neough to spend time like when HE USED to with customer and understand they issue before make them walk out the door

I went in to talk to Luis Anez about hiring him as my general practitioner. I am also treated by JOI for a severe spinal defect. I have little to no health issues. My BMI is under 24, my BP is 110/65 and my cholesterol is great. I have a thyroid issue that is well managed with Armour 60's. Dr. Anez spent maybe 20 minutes with me and looked at me in the eye less than 7 times for 3 seconds each. Never once came closer than to shake my hand and then sat 10 feet away from me looking up things on his laptop. He spent the bulk of the 20 minutes totally obsessed with the pain meds I need and that are prescribed by JOI. I told him I wanted NO pain meds from him and my doctor at JOI was the only one that would treat my spinal condition. I made it crystal clear that I wanted him as a general practioner. 15 of the 20 minutes was spent grilling me about who my doctor was at JOI, what medication did I take, etc. Over and over and over again. If you want a doctor that treats you like a human being, do not go to Luis Anez. He had no business questioning me like I was a drug addict and upset me so much I immediately made an appointment with my orthopaedic doctor because I was almost in tears. I did find a good D.O. in Orange Park who is absolutely fantastic. The only good thing about Dr. Anez is that the office is easy to find and has good parking.

LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. ANEZ!!!!!!! HE WILL FIX ANYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH YOU AND WILL TRY EVERY MED UNTIL YOU FIND ONE THAT FIXES YOUR PROBLEM!!!! BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN, WOULD NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
