Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughter's well-being. Dr. Ness even made a home visit on a Sunday after my daughter's birth for her newborn check up. Dr. Ness's advice is always well-researched, presented reasonably, completely unbiased. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options especially the details of each vaccine. He made sure that all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a plan that works for us. I had read in reviews of him that he runs late on appointment times but I have found than on the occasion that this happens, it is because he is taking full care of his patients. I am glad that he spends that time with me when I have questions so I don't mind waiting when others need a few extra moments with him.
