I love how much attention to detail he showed. They are always so careful and meticulous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. Dr. Clements is an expert in the field. I felt secure and confident in his care.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

This doctor was very offensive. He asked if I had an eating disorder because I have a very low BMI and always have because I have always been very thin due to genetics. When I said no and explained, he implied that I was lying and told me that I was too thin and to "gain 5 pounds." He acted like the only way women become thin is if they have an eating disorder. I couldn't imagine how someone else would feel if they actually did have an eating disorder and he approached them in this manner. Very insensitive and rude - right after this he just left the room without another word. You think that by being a women's doctor, he would know what women with eating disorders look like and know how to confront them and help them. NOT HELPFUL OR COURTEOUS AT ALL!
