I'd had a recent bad experience with another, very large, orthopedic group that functions like a 'patient mill' and needed better care and attention. After Dr. Loeb reviewed the records I had transferred from the other facility, they got me in for a consult the next morning, and surgery three days later. I felt at home and comfortable in their care. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Top-notch professionals and I highly recommend them.

I'd heard all the negative reports about Dr. Loeb having no bedside manner. I'd also heard he was the best surgeon around. I found him friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable in his care. I was accepted as a new patient and Dr. Loeb knew of a problem I'd had with another doctor and was intensely interested in helping me with my ongoing joint problems. I've continued to get appointments in appropriate time. was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office's appearance was clean and functional. The staff are well organized and helpful. Dr. Loeb has never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and takes every concern of mine very seriously.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Doctor Loeb is the hardest person to work with. His staff rarely gets back to you no matter how many times you call. I walked around with a broken hand for a month before I finally got an appointment for an xray. After the appointment he told me I shouldn't even get a surgery because I can just have it heal on its own, and it will only take a few months to heal completely! I thought he was kidding but nope he was serious. After I eventually got an appointment for an xray it took another two weeks for me to get an appointment for my surgery. Finally when it comes time for me to get my surgery "Doctor" Loeb says he's no longer interested, so I had to drive two hours away JUST so I could see another doctor to get my surgery. I was in extreme pain working with a broken hand for over 2 months because of his practice and all the crap they put me through. DO NOT GO HERE! Not to mention "doctor" loeb was extremely rude to me to and all they cared about was money NOT MY WELL BEING. If I had enough money I would sue this guys for everything he put me through

I have had several surgeries performed by Dr. Loeb over the past 21 years and have been uniformly satisfied with the results. His staff is completely competent, and Mark is especially pleasant to deal with. I would go nowhere else.
