They aren't the most respected pediatrician in my community. Most of the parents don't recommend them. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Additionally, Dr. Henry was not willing to work with me about vaccinations, or take much time for patient interaction.

Yes, they didn't want me to seek anyone else's advice

They were explained, but not thoroughly
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
No, they were fully staffed
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
