I went to see the dentist for a standard nothing out of the ordinary root canal 8 years ago. She did not make it comfortable at all. I was in so much pain and she said I was just over exaggerating and she just wants to get threw it. My root canal tool almost 3 hours. I would keep telling her I can feel pain still in the tooth. She ignored me and put the temp on. Her staff that actually put the temp on left sharp edges and if I wasn't careful I would cut my tongue. When I care back in for the crown to be permanently place I told her I still had pain and was very sensitive. She said that I'm not feeling anything its all in my head. Crown was placed and they adjusted the bite but left the crown dull instead of glazing it back. Since than I would have tooth aches that would only last a few hours I thought nothing of it. Til this week I got another one but this one lasted 3 days and was so painful I had to see a dentist. This new dentist informed me that the root canal was done wrong and I have an infection that could have all been prevented if she did her job right. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. Since I have no insurance I had to get the tooth removed. After all this suffering I still lost my tooth.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. The staff is very unprofessional and its all about the money money money. I would not waste my time nor money

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. . I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was sent to ortho because they said she had extra tooth. Ortho says she does not need braces and we can just pull the tooth and I was sent back here. Then I made an appt ,took my daughter out of school, and they said oops...we don't know what tooth to pull and ortho was closed. Went back following week took daughter out of school AGAIN,oops again...we don't know what to do ...said we don't have to pull it if it doesn't hurt. 3 months later it really starts hurting so I call them back. They don't know what I am talking about(obviously they don't keep any records), and was rudely told we cant just pull a tooth cause you want to. Ridiculous! My whole family will be getting a new dentist.
