They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
