I was 16 when i got pregnant with my first child in 2009. Dr. Jackson was very understanding and explained things in a way i would understand them. He took such good care of me and was amazing during delivery. I am now expecting my 2nd child and i have already had complications. Because of the medicaid not coming through yet i have had to go to the ER but I listed Dr. Jackson as my OBGYN. Even though he has not seen me in his office yet he went over all of my ultrasounds and blood work from the hospital and called the next day to check on me. I go for my first visit next week and am very excited to share this journey with such an amazing dr.!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
