Dr. Tilghman delivered my daughter 18 years ago and was absolutely wonderful and continued to be my GYN until last year when i reached menopause. At that time i went in and requested a hormone level check and relayed my symptoms to him only to be told there was no such thing as menopause except the stopping of menses. That everyone had problems and stress in life and he referred me to a psychiatrist He would not even write an order for a hormone level check, I was in total shock and disbelief that ab OB/GYN, especially a younger one with so much education and so many resources would have such an archaic belief of such an issue. I left that day very upset and never returned. When the bill came I did not pay it and when the office called about it I told them I would pay the bill when he became more educated in such a common issue of women's health. I never heard from them again and it was never referred to a collection agency or reported on my credit bureau report. The more I thought about it it hit me that I had never ever seen a woman past childbearing age in his office in the 17 years that he was my Dr. Now I know why.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
