Dr. Tilgman's services are equal whether you're having a normal pregnancy or high risk.
Even with special testing that gave us no reason for concern, Dr.Tilghman went out of his way to provide superior care for me and the baby.
During my second pregancy, he took extra precautions to be sure the baby did not have the same non-genetic anomoly.

When seeking an ob/gyn in the Panama City area this doctor is tops!
