I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The office should not make appointments because it is first come first served. When I mentioned this fact the Dr. was somewhat combative.
He did not agree that he showed no regard for our time.
We waited 1 hr and 5 min in the waiting room and another 20 min in exam room for a 3 min talk to Dr.
