They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I went in for an emergency filling and they did everything but, I left with a big estimate and a temporary filing because the Dr didn't have time to do the filing.HUGH!!!!

I had the same experience as Mary. I went for a cleaning. The dentist recommended a deep rinse with the cleaning. The rinse was an additional 100.00 dollars. The Hygienist who worked for the dentist explained to me the rinse procedure was a waist of money. I would be better off purchasing a bottle of the rinse solutions and using it at a mouth wash in the evening and mornings. The solution was 30.00 vs 100.00. Before the rinse I asked the doctor about purchasing the rinse solution vs the procedure. The dentist wanted to continue with the rinse, I refused the rinse. The dentist refused to do the deep cleaning on my teeth. I felt the dentist was all about the money and not the patient.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The dentist was friendly enough. They were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. I got a second opinion, and there is nothing wrong with my teeth! I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience, want unecessary painful procedures and want to give them a lot of money!!
