Rude office staff. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They refused to clean my teeth under my plan- they said I needed some special cleaning. My insurance told me that this was total bs. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They negotiate on all prices- very dishonest.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
